The 120" screen requires a clear area of approximately 15ft wide by 12ft tall. The 200" screen needs roughly 22ft wide by 15ft tall, plus room for the projector placement and seating. A flat lawn, patio, or driveway works great.
We monitor weather closely before every event. Active rain and high winds are safety hazards for the equipment and will result in cancellation or rescheduling. If we cancel due to weather before setup, you receive a full refund of your rental fee and deposit.
We bring the equipment. All you need to provide is the outdoor space and your guest list. We handle delivery, setup, equipment, and teardown. You may want to arrange seating (chairs, blankets, pillows) for your guests.

Yes, a $500.00 refundable security deposit is required at booking. This is returned to you within 3–5 business days after the event, provided all equipment is returned in the same condition as delivered. We document condition with photos at both setup and pickup.
